Contact inquiries

When you ask a question or request a callback, we collect your name, preferred reply method, email address or phone number, message, and permission to contact you. We store this information in Supabase and use it to respond to your inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Please do not submit tax documents or sensitive financial information through this form.

Newsletter privacy

When you sign up for the iTax newsletter, we collect your email address, signup source, and subscription and confirmation dates. We use this information to send tax tips and filing reminders and manage your subscription.

Subscriber information is stored in Supabase. Resend processes email delivery, subscription preferences, and delivery events. We retain a subscription record to honor opt-outs and prevent unwanted messages. Referral submissions are separate and do not automatically subscribe anyone.
